Xactly Incent is a sales compensation management tool that automates the process of defining and allocating incentive compensation plans to sales agents. Incent is made up of a number of modules that can be deployed individually as and when you need them.

Xactly is modern and intuitive and works seamlessly across devices - mobile, tablet and desktop. The interface uses a blue color scheme with additional colors used to bring graphs and charts alive. A drop down menu on the left gives quick access to all the main features.
The Xpress edition for the iPad uses a black interface overlaid with colorful, interactive, 3D charts and graphs. There are a lot of charts and graphs to look at but all of them are easy to decipher. The modeling tool is a little more complex than the other features and will take some more getting used to.
